Oscillating faults in CNC lathes usually occur in mechanical parts and feed servo systems. There are many reasons for the oscillation, and Chen has mechanical factors such as transmission gap, elastic deformation, and frictional resistance that cannot be eliminated. The influence of the parameters of the servo system is also an important aspect. Servo system has AC and DC points. Most CNC machine tools use a full-closed-loop method. The causes of the vibration of the servo system are generally four types:
Poor position loops cause output voltage instability;
Vibration caused by poor speed loop;
Servo system adjustable positioner is too large to cause voltage output distortion;
Transmission machinery such as screw gap is too large. Distortion of the output parameters of these control loops or too large a gap in the mechanical transmission is a major cause of vibration. All of them can be parameter optimized through the servo control system.
The basic measures for eliminating the oscillation of CNC lathes:
1. Oscillation caused by closed-loop servo system
Some CNC servo systems use a semi-closed-loop device, and the full-closed-loop servo system must perform parameter adjustment under the premise that the local semi-closed-loop system does not oscillate, so the two are similar.
2. Reduce the position loop gain
In the servo system, there is a reference standard value, and the oscillation can be properly reduced, but it cannot be reduced too much, because the system's steady-state error must be guaranteed.
3. Reduce the load inertia ratio
The load inertia ratio is generally set at about 70% of the parameter shown when the vibration occurs. If the failure cannot be eliminated, it should not be continued to reduce the parameter value.
4. Add proportional integrator (PID)
A proportional multi-integrator is a multi-function controller. It not only can effectively perform proportional gain on the current and voltage signals, but also can adjust the output signal to lag into a leading problem. Oscillation faults sometimes occur due to the output current and voltage lagging behind into advanced conditions. At this time, the output current voltage phase can be adjusted by PID.
